A high-concept coastal remodel distinguished by extraordinary surface artistry and master-level tile installation. The residence showcases an awe-inspiring master bath wrapped in a floor-to-ceiling custom ombre mosaic tile feature wall that cascades seamlessly from deep midnight into crisp white micro-tilework. Paired with custom coastal-navy double vanities, honed luxury granite countertops, hammered metallic undermount basins, and a walk-in frameless glass spa shower with rainfall and thermostatic fixtures. In the open culinary suite, a herringbone white oak tray ceiling crowns a contrasting furniture-grade navy island with under-glow illumination, premium natural wood cabinetry, artisanal hammered prep sink, and commercial-grade Signature appliances.

Re-engineered to optimize every square inch for a family of four, the home features an open-concept living area with French doors opening to the coastal breeze, custom white cabinetry paired with geometric tile and Waterstone fixtures, European white oak flooring, an exterior rope-wrapped spiral staircase, and an engineered 450-square-foot ocean-view rooftop deck with stainless steel cable railings and panoramic Pacific vistas.

Yes. Our design-build studio provides complete flexibility. Clients can explore our curated showroom samples or collaborate directly with our design leads to specify unique artisan lines, custom hardware, or bespoke millwork packages that reflect their personal lifestyle and architectural priorities.
We provide fully custom inset, frameless contemporary European systems, solid wood dovetailed drawers, customized pull-out pantries, integrated appliance panels, and specialized accessory organizers. Material options extend beyond fine hardwoods to include leathers, metals, glass, and integrated lighting — allowing for textured door inserts, illuminated display cabinetry, and metal-accented detailing. Finishes range from hand-applied multi-step lacquers and natural rift-cut white oak stains to high-durability acrylic surfaces.
Yes. We design and build comprehensive outdoor living environments complete with weatherproof resin cabinetry from partners such as NatureKast, marine-grade stainless cooking suites, integrated under-counter refrigeration, outdoor bar seating, and covered dining loggias engineered for year-round entertaining. Outdoor culinary centers can be specified with professional-grade grills, low-and-slow smokers, and wood-fired pizza ovens, while the surrounding landscape and pools are integrated into a single resort-style outdoor living plan.
Material performance is evaluated against local environmental conditions—including intense sun exposure, thermal swings, and humidity. For outdoor living and exposed elevations, we specify UV-stabilized exterior cabinetry, thermal-break glazing, and corrosion-resistant brass and bronze hardware to prevent deterioration.
At Coastal Home Design Studio, we take immense pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and genuine personal care.
"I'll be honest. I was nervous going into this. A full home redesign and renovation is a big investment, and I'd heard enough horror stories from friends to know that choosing the right designer and builder makes all the difference. From day one, Coastal Home Design Studio was transparent, professional, and genuinely invested in our home. Their team guided us with precision and care."
